ADDITIONAL FEES:

For those individuals living outside the Sarasota/Bradenton areas an additional fee may apply of $60.00 and up.
Fees added will be adjusted to fit the travel arrangements for engagments that would require lodging, meals, air travel, and rental cars. 
If additional proof books and or picture CD are needed they can be purchased for $150.00 for CD and $75.00 for books.
