Day on the Field

What a great day to play ball! I got the chance to spend some time with my Dad-in-Law ,Ken, and my nephew Brody at the Make a Wish baseball game fund raiser. We all had a great time while at Tropicana field one fine Sunday morning. The two best things for me were watching Ken take the field while hearing Brody call "PaPa" in the last few minutes of the above video clip, and having Brody fall asleep in my arms for twenty wonderful minutes. Never mind the huge drewl mark on my shoulder and the back ache that came from such a moment! :) I loved every second of the day. We had a great time!

Apollo 11th pod for return to the earth.

Back end of the Space Shuttle. What a fun afternoon at the Cape in FL. My mom had come down to visit this past April and we got the chance to spend some quality time together. So we headed over the the east coast of FL to experence The Kennedy Space Center. It was a fun way to see history, become a part of our desire to explore, and to spend time with my Mom.
